1st Wonderosity Show! Interview with Jim Palmer, Author Of Divine Nobodies, Part 1

(This is actually the first show for Wonderosity, but I've been asked by a number of you to be notified when the first Wonderosity show comes out --so make sure you go over to and subscribe to the new feed!)

For our first show, after a brief introduction to Wonderosity, I interview Jim Palmer, author of "Divine Nobodies: Shedding Religion to Find God, and the unlikely people who help you." Jim is a man with a huge heart and some powerful, simple ideas for those who are wanting to deepen spiritually. In this first of a three part interview, we explore questions like:

  • What 'Divine Nobodies' is basically about, and how Jim came to write it.

  • Why are bare-ass honest books like this, books admitting personal faith-struggles as well as churchianity's shortcomings, just now starting to come out and be devoured by the public?

  • Where the heck is God? Is God "out there" or "in here" or what?

  • Why do I (and I'm sure others) seem to be in a place where I seem to be resistant to growing spiritually, slowing down, etc?

I hope you enjoy this first episode and I'd love any feedback you have to give. Please email with any comments or questions!

Thanks for the interview. And for Jim, and hopefully you, welcome to a new world. A world without boundaries, without categories, without division. Religion, as good as it can be, creates divisions. If you want to go further down "the rabbit hole," pick up a copy of "What the Bleep Do We Know?" Some people are clearly on their own agenda, some clearly still hurt from the effects of organized religion, but the core theme truly, in my unscientific opinion, opens up a wondrous world of possibility.

Thanks Thomas --I've seen the movie what the bleep and it is a trip! I look forward, though not without some anxiety and other issues, to this new world.

BTW, could you do me a favor and go to the new show site and copy and paste and repost your comment. I'd love to start getting some folks over there and it just opened two days ago!

Thanks again!
